Prometric is implementing a new rescheduling and cancellation policy as of today [GENERAL CERTIFICATION]

As some of you are aware, I am presently studying for Exam 70-669: TS: Windows Server 2008 R2, Desktop Virtualization

During the course of this and having a day job I've had to reschedule this exam once already, pushing it out to July 25. I hope I am ready for it now because much to my surprise there is a new rescheduling and cancellation policy in effect:

"Please note that effective July 15th 2011 our rescheduling and cancellation policy has changed. In order to provide all Microsoft candidates with a broad selection of convenient times and locations in order to test, fees will now be applied for examinations that are rescheduled / cancelled with less than 15 days' notice.

We therefore encourage you to keep your original appointment, or if necessary reschedule or cancel more than 15 days out from your appointment date. Please visit www.prometric.com/microsoft/reschedulecancellationpolicy for more information and www.prometric.com/microsoft/reschedulecancellation/faqs for answers to some frequently asked questions."

I am pretty tuned in and I wasn't aware of this; I am wondering how many other people were also caught unaware
