VMware Acquires Enterprise Microblogging Platform Socialcast [GENERAL TECHNOLOGY NEWS]

VMware has acquired social communications platform Socialcast. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

VMware has been on a bit of an acquisition spree of late, recently buying Shavlik Technologies, and SlideRocket.
